Here are the tiers:
Bronze
MRR $500 – $1000 = 10% excl. VAT. Paid 15 days after end of quarter.
Silver:
MRR $1001 – $5000 = 15% excl. VAT. Paid 15 days after end of quarter.
Gold:
MRR plus $5000 = 20% excl. VAT
Paid 15 days after end of the month. Furthermore, you get listed as a certified Reaktion agency here if you want.
